Stanhill Capital Partners (“Stanhill Capital”) is a privately owned investment company in its 16th year with offices in Hong Kong, London and Cambridge.

Our capital originates from the senior executives of the firm and we partner with successful management teams, entrepreneurs, and professional investors, to make absolute returns in all market conditions.

We are an active investor, and readily deploy our skills and resources to our portfolio companies by providing strategic and financial support in order to develop businesses over time and for the benefit of all investors.

Long Term Approach

In each of our initiatives, we are a substantial long-term value based investor where we partner alongside proven management teams and owners.

We leverage the firm’s capabilities in capital markets transactions and private equity investing to the benefit of investee companies. We bring together our commercial networks, in-depth knowledge of the various markets in which we operate, and our expertise in creating long-term value.

We draw on the considerable experience of our team that oversees all investment activities, and this alongside the private equity style due diligence we undertake, allows us to mitigate investment risk effectively.

Principal Investments

Stanhill approaches investment opportunities with a high degree of flexibility and invests across all levels of the capital structure.

Stanhill invests alongside its business partners, entrepreneurs, family businesses and private equity investors in niche high growth investments.

We focus on growth and invest in multiple deal structures including seed capital, restructurings, expansion capital, buyouts, turnarounds, and pre-IPO.

Stanhill has been an early stage investor or first lead investor in companies such as White Energy Company, Entone and Netease when they were first established. Current early stage ventures backed by Stanhill includes Cambridge Quantum Computing.

Strategic Public Equity and Special Situations

Stanhill has an established track record in identifying undervalued companies misunderstood or overlooked by public markets, and in unlocking value in complex M&A situations.

We apply disciplined private equity techniques to investing in public markets, taking substantial blocking stakes in listed companies that are extremely undervalued or in financial distress and sometimes accompanied by contractual dispute or outright shareholder revolt.

The Stanhill Special Situations Fund is a Cayman domiciled investment vehicle which has a focus on event driven and distressed special situations across all markets.
